All prices include hosting on our servers. The cost of MyWorkshops is for an unlimited number of workshops and users. Except for the setup fee or a fee for accepting credit cards*, there are no additional fees. You will receive an administrative username/password and a link to your MyWorkshops in the form of http://your_organization.myworkshops.com.
*Credit Card Information
Organizations who want to accept credit cards for course payment will be charged a one-time setup fee of $350 regardless of length of subscription. This fee is not part of the standard setup fee and is not waived.
Organizations accepting credit cards will be assessed an annual fee of $100 upon subscription renewal assuming account information does not change. Changes to credit card account information will be assessed the full $350 setup fee.
