MyConferenceTime.com: Copying the Master Schedule
When the master schedule is exactly how you want it to be, it is ready to be copied to each of the staff members who need a copy.
- If you aren’t currently logged in, log in.
- Go to “Copy a Schedule (fast)” in the list of links on the left side.
- Select the schedule to be copied (usually this is the master schedule that you created).
- Select the names of the staff members who should have this conference schedule in their accounts (usually principals, secretaries, and guidance counselors do not have conference schedules).
- Click on “Duplicate Schedule” at the bottom of the screen.
- After several seconds, all of the selected staff members will have the schedule listed under their name. If many staff members have been selected, this process can take more than a few seconds. Please be patient and don’t click anything else while the process is running.
