MyConferenceTime.com: Copying the Master Schedule

When the master schedule is exactly how you want it to be, it is ready to be copied to each of the staff members who need a copy.

  1. If you aren’t currently logged in, log in.
  2. Go to “Copy a Schedule (fast)” in the list of links on the left side.
  3. Select the schedule to be copied (usually this is the master schedule that you created).
  4. Select the names of the staff members who should have this conference schedule in their accounts (usually principals, secretaries, and guidance counselors do not have conference schedules).
  5. Click on “Duplicate Schedule” at the bottom of the screen.
  6. After several seconds, all of the selected staff members will have the schedule listed under their name. If many staff members have been selected, this process can take more than a few seconds. Please be patient and don’t click anything else while the process is running.
