Think about items you use now that you didn’t use days, months, or years ago. Things that quickly come to my mind are cell phones and MP3 players. Other answers might be anything from a DVR to disposable wipes.
Why do you use these items? I bet a big reason is convenience. They make your life a little (or a lot) easier and now you can’t imagine life without them.
When asking members of your organization – whether it be a school district, sports team, business associates, or church group – to participate in an activity, are you making it A.) worthwhile, and B.) a little easier for them? That’s the true test of whether you’re organizing a task effectively.
