Surveys – MyWorkshops will handle your post-course evaluations for you. Simply enter the questions, enable the survey, and let MyWorkshops gather your results. All answers are collected and displayed in bar graphs along with corresponding percents. You can even read comments that users enter as they complete the survey.
Email – MyWorkshops has several email features. When a participant registers for a course, he/she receives an automatic email with course information. Course administrators and instructors can send email to all participants to send course reminders or announcements. And for the forgetful participants, MyWorkshops generates email to remind users of their password.
Instructor Privileges – MyWorkshops allows workshop instructors to access class rosters and edit course information. Of course the MyWorkshops administrator can view this information for all courses, but you can limit these privileges for instructors so that they can view only their courses.
Search Features – MyWorkshops provides a simple, straightforward search area for participants to look for courses. Search the title, description, even the course number with one click. MyWorkshops administrators also have the option to search for users in order to edit information or view workshops for which they have registered.
Registration Options – Do you want registration access to be open to anyone who visits your website, or do you want registration access limited to employees of a school district. MyWorkshops handles either.
