We’re trying to add more features to the site based on your recommendations.
- Folders! Now Platinum Level subscribers can organize sign up sheets and registration forms into folders. First create one or more folders (click on the orange folder that’s visible when you’re logged in). Then when you create or edit a sign up sheet or registration form, you’ll see the option to assign the sheet or form to a folder. Your sheets and folders will now be neatly organized into the specified folders.
- Easy-to-find sign up button. Some of you amaze us with the number of items you put on a sign up sheets. We love it. But this also pushes the sign up button way down on the page where participants might not be able to see it. Now the sign up button “floats” near the bottom of the browser window so that it’s always visible and ready for participants to sign up!
On another note, TimeToSignUp.com recently saw its 3000th sign up sheet be created! We’re thankful for everyone who uses TimeToSignUp.com and really want the site to be a useful resource to you and your organization. Not yet using TimeToSignUp.com? Get yourself organized now.

Andrew,
For admins who are working on sheets, can we have an option for the floating sign up button be turned off so we can work on the sheet without accidentally getting into sign up area? That has happened to me several times. Also, it would be great if it the floating tool bar was just a hair lighter so you could more easily see what is behind it. Maybe that’s just me.
Thanks as always.
Your biggest fan,

I lightened the “sign up” button to make it a little easier to see what is behind the button.
I will look into whether it can easily be moved out of the way for admins who are creating/editing a sign up sheet.

That didn’t take long – for admins, the “sign up” button will be below the sign up sheet. For everyone else, it will float near the bottom of the browser window so that it’s easier for participants to see when signing up.
